Registration for the Spring Conference, including the Transferware Sale and the Optional Day Trip to Brimfield, is open to current TCC members and pre- arranged guests. If not a member, or if your dues are not current, please join or renew before registering.
A single registration fee includes all meeting activities on May 15-18 including lectures, the “Show and Discuss” Session, Transferware Raffle, the Transferware Sale, Friday and Saturday tours and activities at Historical Deerfield and the Wadsworth Atheneum, and lunches and dinners during the conference. The registration fee is the same for all attendees. The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations or breakfasts. Hotel parking is free. See below for hotel booking information.
The Optional Brimfield Shopping Day includes bus transportation to and from the hotel to Mays Antiques Market and access to all Brimfield shows for the day. Lunch is on your own. Note: Some markets, like Mays, may charge a modest entrance fee.

Payment and Completion of Annual Meeting Registration
You are encouraged to submit payment here online. If you prefer to mail in your registration form, print and complete this form, and mail it along with a check for the full registration fee. Checks must be made out to the Transferware Collectors Club. Mail your printed registration form with check to: Loren Zeller, 356 S. Portland Avenue, Gilbert, AZ 85296.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE 2025 SPRING CONFERENCE
There is no penalty for cancellations made prior to April 24. After that date, there will be a $200 per person charge.
Hotel Registration Information
The 2025 TCC Spring Conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Harford—Bradley Airport, 16 Ella T. Grasso Turnpike, Windsor Locks, Connecticut, 06096-0020.
Each conference registrant must make personal arrangements for hotel accommodations. The conference hotel, The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, is pleased to extend the following discounted rate to all attendees of the meeting for $181 plus taxes per night. The rate is good for 3 days prior and 3 days after the event dates, subject to availability. It is suggested that you arrive at the hotel prior to 4PM on May 16, as sign in will be from 4-5 PM followed by a reception and dinner. Hotel check-in is 3:00PM, check-out time is 12PM (noon).
Please note, you must reserve your room by April 24, 2025 to secure the discounted rate and to insure that a room is available. Book early as room availability may be limited, and the room block may be reduced on April 25.
