

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Hartford, will serve as our center of activities. Free shuttle between the airport and the hotel will be available.
Thursday May 15: Offered as an Optional Day is a shopping trip to the Renowned Brimfield Antiques Flea Market. Members who register for the Optional Day will need to arrive on Wednesday, May 14. The next morning, they will be bused to historic Brimfield to spend the day shopping at the many fields and buildings filled with antiques and collectables.
Full Conference Registration begins at 4:00pm. Evening activities include a Reception and Buffet Dinner. Our first lecture will be presented after dinner.
Friday May 16:
After breakfast, we depart for a full day of activities at Historic Deerfield.
The itinerary includes: Lectures by Historic Deerfield’s curators Amanda Lange and Dan Sousa, Lunch at the Deerfield Inn followed by a Workshop at the Flynt Center of Early New England Life to view “Transferware Treasures of Historic Deerfield”. More about Historical Deerfield. We then return to the hotel for a reception, buffet dinner, and Show and Discuss session.
Saturday May 17:
The morning starts with two lectures and an early lunch. Then, we head to Harford city center to visit the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum, explore its galleries and exhibitions, and participate in a workshop with the curatorial staff.
Following our visit to the Atheneum, we return to the DoubleTree Hotel for a Wine & Cheese Reception, dinner, and an evening of socializing with conference participants.
Sunday May 18:
The morning starts with a lecture, and an annual review of TCC’s activities, followed by the Transferware Raffle and Sale. A box lunch will be served at noon. Shopping continues until 1pm when the conference ends.
